Data deletion
You can delete the data Statcard holds about you at any time, no request form needed:
- Disconnect one platform: open Settings and revoke the connected account. We ask the platform to drop the grant, delete our copy of the access token, and delete that connection's stats, history and audience insights. On Instagram that includes every saved copy of your stories. All of it happens right then, and our copy goes even if the platform does not answer us.
- Remove Statcard from the platform side: removing Statcard in your Instagram, Facebook or Threads app settings tells us, and triggers the same immediate deletion automatically. TikTok and Google (YouTube) do not send us that signal, so if you remove Statcard there, disconnect it in Settings too and we will delete the data here.
- Delete your whole account: use the delete button in Settings, which removes the account and everything attached to it on the spot, saved story copies included, then deletes your sign-in and signs you out. Nothing is left to log back in to. Or email andrew@archernagle.com from your account email and we do it for you within 30 days. Either way, we ask the platform to drop any access token we hold and destroy our copy as part of the deletion itself, not on a 30-day clock.
Statcard never stores platform passwords. For TikTok, Instagram, Threads and YouTube it does store an access token, encrypted, so the connection stays alive instead of lapsing a couple of months after you made your card. Bluesky needs no token. You can take that key back at any time by any of the three routes above. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
